Stallworth drove under the influence

Last week, Cleveland Browns WR Donte Stallworth hit a pedestrian while driving and 59 year old Mario Reyes died as a result.

Today, it has been reported that Stallworth's blood alcohol level was above the legal limit at the time of the accident. No charges have been laid yet but Stallworth could be charged with DUI manslaughter and could spend a maximum of 15 years in prison.

the evidence has not been made public, but I really hope he wasn't over...this will be just another tragedy to the NFL as well as the family of the victim.

I hope if Stallworth avoids criminal punishment and is not found at fault the NFL, or the Browns, and Stallworth make some kind of helpful gesture to the family of the victim...so sad.

Yeah at the time I wrote this they were saying he was but hopefully that's not the case. Tragic nonetheless.
